We use optional analytics and advertising measurement only where you choose to allow those categories, to understand website performance and measure campaign results. Analytics and advertising providers

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics may help us understand aggregated website use and Microsoft Clarity may provide privacy-masked session insights. Hosting, form security, and inquiry delivery

Cloudflare provides the hosting and server platform for this website. Cloudflare Turnstile protects the inquiry form from automated abuse and processes the security-check information needed to assess the submission. When we accept an inquiry, we use Resend to deliver the inquiry email to our designated business recipient. Resend processes the inquiry content and technical email-delivery information for that delivery purpose.

WhatsApp inquiries

When you select Chat on WhatsApp, you leave this website. WhatsApp and Meta process the information you send under their own terms and privacy policy. RUNDA does not automatically send inquiry-form contents to WhatsApp; only the information you choose to send through WhatsApp is processed there.

Retention

We retain inquiry information and related business records for as long as reasonably needed to respond to the inquiry, manage the relationship, meet operational or legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect our rights. Optional measurement information is retained according to the settings and retention practices of the relevant provider and our ongoing need for the information. We review retention in light of these purposes rather than using one fixed period for every type of information.

International processing

RUNDA is based in China, and our service providers may process information in other countries. Those countries may have different data-protection laws from the country where you live. Where appropriate, we take steps intended to protect information during international transfers.

On-demand machine translation

GTranslate provides optional machine translation of visitor-facing page text. Its third-party translation script is requested only after you select the Language control. Translation may be processed by GTranslate and its translation technology providers, and automatically translated wording may contain errors. Do not rely on a translated version for final technical specifications; please confirm project requirements with RUNDA.

You can accept, reject, or change optional Analytics and Advertising choices at any time through Cookie Settings. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or objection to certain processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent for optional processing.
